I completed an 18-month internship at the Administrative Provost's Office of UFPB, working with network support, servers, and administrative users. I developed skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, programs, and peripherals in general. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining institutional email accounts, granting access to shared administrative and academic folders on a local network managed by Windows Server, and other related functions.
I developed a final project in the form of a case study, proposing improvements to the management processes of a university cafeteria at the Federal University of Paraíba. The scientific article was published at the "Science and Technology Research Exhibition - 2017 Devry Brasil" conference.
